From the moment you arrive, our goal is to help you feel relaxed, supported, and completely at ease. Whether this is your first visit or part of your regular wellness routine, our knowledgeable and friendly team is always available to guide you through your experience and help you get the most out of your time with us.

Your Spa Experience

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. For multi-modality visits or full wellness days, we recommend booking in advance so we can thoughtfully prepare your experience.

  • After you check in, a team member will welcome you and guide you to your booked service, explaining how it works and how to get the most benefit. You’ll be shown how to use any equipment or tools involved, then given the space and time to relax, enjoy, and let the experience support your muscles, circulation, and nervous system in a state of restoration.

  • Simply bring comfortable clothing, a swimsuit for heat therapies if you’d like, and a willingness to relax. Towels are thoughtfully provided so you can fully settle into the experience.

  • Absolutely! Our services are intentionally designed to complement one another. Your experience can be customized based on how you’re feeling and what your body needs that day.

    A popular flow includes:

    1. Lounger Area: PEMF or compression therapy. Prepares the body by gently improving circulation, lymphatic flow, and nervous system regulation.

    2. Heat or Light Therapy: Sauna or red light therapy. Promotes detoxification, circulation, tissue recovery, and relaxation.

    3. Massage: 60-90 minutes of hands-on care. Enhances muscle relaxation, circulation, lymphatic support, and recovery.

    Your comfort always comes first, and our staff is here to help you pace your day beautifully.

  • We recommend light meals prior to your visit and staying well hydrated—especially before and after massage and heat-based therapies.

  • Frequency depends on your goals. Many guests enjoy weekly sessions, while others schedule multi-modality visits for targeted recovery or stress relief. Our team is happy to help you create a personalized rhythm—or explore membership options for ongoing care.

  • Sessions range from 15 minutes to 60-90 minutes (longer massage or microneedling sessions). Full-day multi-modality experiences are available for extended relaxation and recovery.

  • Yes. Our services are supported by scientific research for benefits such as improved circulation, reduced inflammation, cellular health, recovery, and overall wellness.

  • All of our services are generally safe for healthy adults. Certain conditions, such as pregnancy, pacemakers, photosensitivity, or unmanaged heart conditions, may require guidance from a healthcare provider before participating in specific therapies. Our staff is always happy to discuss any concerns and help you choose what feels right.

  • Yes. Many therapies pair beautifully together, such as PEMF with red light therapy or compression followed by sauna. We recommend spacing heat and compression sessions appropriately, and our team will help guide timing for optimal comfort and effectiveness.

  • To preserve a calm, restorative environment:

    • Electronic devices should be removed during PEMF sessions.

    • Phones are not permitted during massage, microneedling or red light therapy.

    • We encourage unplugging during sauna sessions.

    • Phone calls are kindly asked to be taken outside the spa.

    This helps maintain a peaceful experience for you and others.

    • Sip water throughout your visit.

    • Take short breaks between heat and compression therapies.

    • Allow yourself to slow down—this time is dedicated entirely to recovery, renewal, and self-care.
