1. Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using SolVita Wellness Spa LLC (“SolVita,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website or services, you agree to the following terms:

  • All content on this website is owned by SolVita and protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the website or services.

  • SolVita makes reasonable efforts to maintain website functionality but provides no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free access.

  • All services, information, or communications are provided “as-is” without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • SolVita shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or communications.

  • SolVita may terminate access to the website or services at its discretion for violations of these terms.

2. Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

  • SolVita provides wellness, relaxation, recovery, and regenerative services. These are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

  • Services are intended to support general well-being; results vary by individual.

  • You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, medications, injuries, or pregnancy before receiving services.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You acknowledge that treatments may involve physical or physiological reactions, soreness, or unforeseen responses.

  • By using our services, you release SolVita, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability related to participation.

3. Membership Terms

  • Memberships grant access to specific services and benefits described at enrollment.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and for the named account holder only.

  • Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months, after which they continue on a month-to-month basis.

  • Fees are billed on a recurring basis; you authorize SolVita to charge your designated payment method.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Unused services, credits, or benefits may be forfeited according to SolVita’s cancellation and scheduling policies.

  • SolVita may modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice.

  • Memberships may be suspended or terminated for policy violations or misuse.

4. Boulevard Acceptance & Electronic Consent

By booking appointments, purchasing memberships or packages, or signing electronically through SolVita’s booking platform (Boulevard), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to:

You further acknowledge that your electronic signature constitutes a legally binding agreement.

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Release

  • By receiving services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with wellness treatments, including but not limited to physical discomfort, injury, or allergic reactions.

  • You release, waive, and discharge SolVita, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
