Our role is simply to offer a calm, supportive space alongside that care — helping the body prepare, settle, and recover through the therapies we know well.
What Is The Detox and Reset Protocol?
The protocol combines three of our core recovery modalities, structured intentionally around the timing of a dental procedure rather than repeating the same session every day:
Infrared sauna — heats the body from the inside out for a deep sweat at a gentler temperature, easing the body into rest without added physical stress
PEMF therapy — targeted frequencies, tuned differently for the pre- and post-procedure phases, that work at the cellular level to calm the nervous system and support tissue repair
Red light therapy — clinically studied wavelengths that reduce inflammation and support cellular energy production for recovery
Suggested 3-day rhythm (4 sessions, yours to use flexibly — they never expire):
Day before — Prepare: infrared sauna, PEMF, and red light therapy to help you relax and get ready (suggested 2 sessions)
Day of procedure — Calm: PEMF only; sauna and red light are skipped this day (suggested 1 session)
Day after — Recover: whichever therapy your body is calling for, guided by how you feel and your care team's recommendations (suggested 1 session)
